This website is managed through a group collaboration coordinated by Hamid AthariNejad, born in 1952 in Tehran and a graduate in MBA.
The aforementioned individual has over 50 years of experience in the business and economic environment, including ownership of production units, management, and consulting in various private and public organizations across different production, service, and commercial sectors, actively involved in hundreds of companies.
Our team members have expertise corresponding to each type of content, including financial management, artificial intelligence, economics, organizational management, and human resource management.
The design and management of the website are handled by Tabsom Khosropour, an industrial engineering graduate with valuable experience in using artificial intelligence tools in various information dissemination methods and SEO.
Our goal is to analyze social, political, and economic events and their impacts on economic processes within society.
These events can occur at the domestic or international level.
The purpose of tracking events is to analyze their effects on individuals, families, large and small communities, governments, and administrations.
We believe that the reflection of events on any social group can ultimately affect other dimensions and communities as well.
Believing that the aggregation of opinions from different social classes—regardless of cultural or economic level, and irrespective of any ideology or belief—can reflect the views of the majority and dominant society, gathering and analyzing diverse perspectives is therefore one of our main goals.
In any case, our main focus is on various types of organizations that can be positively or negatively affected by external events and, by strengthening their internal structure, enhance their ability to withstand crises.
Measuring the risk associated with the activities of any organization requires understanding the influencing internal factors and, more importantly, the effects of external developments. Risk management cannot be a separate unit from the organization; its coordination depends on the presence of experienced individuals in the relevant industry and analysts of external events and their impact on organizational activities. Fostering this mindset within organizations has been one of my goals in various companies, and progress has varied according to the existing scientific and experiential levels within each organization.
Advancements in artificial intelligence technology require organizations to focus their marketing and sales efforts on methods that maximize efficiency while minimizing costs. Establishing specialized units within the organization is essential in today’s technological world. Creating relevant departments, training the related personnel, and prioritizing these at high levels have been among my goals in various companies.
Regarding the preparation of operational budgets, one of the tools that cannot be easily overlooked in organizations is the efficiency and potential of human resources. Essentially, human resource planning can include the following steps: 1. Assessing the capabilities to achieve organizational goals from the perspective of human resources. 2. Designing the organizational structure aligned with the main objectives of the organization. 3. Defining positions and jobs within the structure. 4. Defining job descriptions for organizational positions. 5. Determining the qualifications required for each job. 6. Developing training strategies to improve the quality level of personnel. 7. Establishing a performance evaluation system related to the responsibilities of the positions. 8. Preparing and setting organizational behavioral rules and regulations. A significant part of organizational success depends on giving importance to these steps.
In some disputes regarding the interpretation of contractual terms, the parties involved may have differing views, and these differences may be referred to various arbitration or legal authorities for resolution. Such disputes occur not only in domestic interactions but also in international transactions, where compliance with the laws of both conflicting countries is necessary. Although dispute resolution can be pursued legally, the analysis and preparation of economic and financial briefs are the core of legal defenses. My experience at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, defending the rights of Iranian companies against claims by American companies, was highly valuable, and especially creating a platform for agreement between parties has been effective in most cases.
In any case, the fundamental reality of every organization is to reduce costs and increase profitability. Taxes, as one of the main expenses in various organizations, need to follow effective strategies and planning. In such a way that, as much as possible, with experience and knowledge of different legal aspects, the least cost is imposed on the organization.
A large part of the cost of goods sold, especially in manufacturing and trading organizations, is the consumption of inventory. Planning to control the amount of inventory and the methods of storage and consumption is vital for the continuity of organizational activities. Naturally, in each organization, I have designed different models based on the type of activity and various experiences. In designing these models, achieving the ideal goals requires time, continuous training, and the expansion of organizational culture.
In the various organizations I have worked with—whether public or private, and whether in manufacturing, services, or commerce—I have consistently emphasized that an organization, depending on its level of experience and existing culture, can anticipate its qualitative and quantitative goals over short or long terms and plan its resources accordingly. Establishing such a culture within organizations requires skill in training and the accumulation of experience. The idea of forecasting an operating budget with zero deviation is unrealistic, even in the most advanced organizations. Instead, moving toward minimizing deviations can itself be a clear indicator of organizational progress.
The coordination of all operational units within an organization (ERP) has become extremely essential today, given the intense competition at both domestic and international levels. Some software companies—whether local or international—have taken effective steps toward developing platforms that provide a comprehensive view of all organizational processes. However, based on my personal experience in various organizations, the primary necessity is first to establish a foundation for information generation within the organization's operational processes. This requires both planning and an organizational culture geared toward that goal. Ultimately, to consolidate the resulting information, the use of flexible software capable of being customized to these processes can be highly effective.
